PUDDINGS TIME FOR XMASPosted 06-Nov-07 08:29:56 AEDST CHOCOLATE PUDDINGS 45 gr Dark Chocolate, chopped 55 gr Butter 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup cocoa powder 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/s Self Raising Flour 1 Egg, beat lightly 3/4 cup Water extra 40 gr butter, chopped Chocolate Sauce: 1/2 cup cream 2 tbs brown sugar 45 gr Cooking Chocolate, chopped finely 50 gr Sugar marshmallow, your optional How To Cook: 1. Grease Flour in 1 cup ovenproof dish 2. Stir milk, butter, chocolate and half of the cocoa in small saucepan in low heat until well mix 3. Combine half brown sugar, flour, caster sugar in medium bowl.Add number 2 and egg, stir until combined. Divide mixture among prepared cups 4. Stire the water, extra butter and remaining brown sugar and remaining cocoa in a small saucepan in low heat until smooth. Pour hot mixture gently and evenly over puddings. 5. Bake in moderate oven 180 degree approx 20 - 30 minutes, don't cover the cups Chocolate Sauce: Combine cream and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until smooth, Add marshmallow if you like, liqueur flavour if you like as well Remove the puddings from the oven, stand for 5 minutes and Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream on the top and Pour with the prepared chocolate Sauce THERE YOU GO......
